Anti-Spam Procedures
Mob.com does not condone the use of Spam and as a result, has implemented procedures to prevent the distribution of Spam through and in our network, including but not limited to our Messaging System, Comments System and Tell a Friend program. Members and Email recipients are encouraged to report incidents of Spam by submitting a Spam Incident Report through our "Support" page or any of the direct "Report as Spam" links to easily mark postings as spam. Reports will be investigated immediately and offending participants will not be allowed to participate in the program and will forfeit any earned credit points.

Consequences of Participant Spam
Mob.com will immediately revoke the participation rights of any and all members who are found to be spamming other Internet users within or through our system. The offending participant will also lose any earned credit points in his/her account. Participants who have had accounts revoked due to spamming activity will be ineligible to participate in future.

Privacy & Information Collection
Our site occasionally uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers) to be able to offer improved free and premium services. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners (through non-invasive ad advertising) to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may also easily unsubscribe from future mailings and billing. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services only and will never be disclosed, sold or distributed.

By becoming a member of our website (Mob.com) users by default subscribe to our free weekly email newsletter simply by providing their email address in the box provided. Before you actually receive the newsletter, you will be sent a confirmation email requiring you to click on a link to confirm that you wish to activate your account and to be also added to the mailing list. If you do not respond, you will not be added to the subscriber list. Active subscribers to the free site newsletter may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the bottom of any of the e-mails and changing your E-mail settings, changes will become effective immediately.

From time to time, products and services that may be of value to you will be offered by third parties interested in your business, through non-invasive ad advertising. Mob.com contains links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources and sponsors of Mob.com. Selection of an ad banner or link redirects User off of Mob.com to a third party. Transactions that occur between the User and the third party are strictly between the User and the third party and are not the responsibility of Mob.com. Because Mob.com is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their privacy policy or content, User should direct any concerns to its site administrator or Webmaster.

Information Storage After Deletion by Member
Mob.com will store only the minimum amount of information for the minimum possible time about our members that is required for effective operation of the site. All information that You have submitted (blogs, comments, profile details, etc.) will be immediately removed from all online databases when You choose to delete such information. All messages will be deleted within 48 hours after they are deleted both from sender's outbox and receiver's inbox with the exception of messages which have been reported as spam by the receiver and will be stored in the online databases for 6 months to assist in detection of repeated spamming by the sender. Once member chooses to cancel their account, all related account information will be deleted from our databases 72 hours after the account cancellation is submitted, with the exception of member's e-mail address if member's account was blocked due to spamming or other violations of our terms, which in this case will be stored for 6 months, to block the member using that e-mail for signing up again during that period. Information deleted from online databases, will also be deleted from onsite backups in 7 days, and from offsite backups in 30 days. So with the two exceptions, all member information deleted by the member is completely and permanently deleted from all our storage and backup mediums within 40 days.
