MOB understands each person's integrity, is based on the principles of freedom, equality and mutual respect, and does not impose.

MOB expects You to submit and maintain truthful and accurate registration information and be solely responsible for all content published and displayed through Your account.

You will retain all of your ownership rights in your user submissions and postings. However, You acknowledge that by submitting content to MOB, You automatically grant as well as represent and warrant that You have the right to grant to MOB, an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, copy, reproduce, perform, prepare derivative works of, display, and distribute such information and content. You also grant MOB website users a non-exclusive license to access your submissions, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such user submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website. The foregoing license granted by You terminates once You remove or delete the submission from the MOB Website.

You acknowledge that MOB's usage and subscription fees may change from time to time, and are nonrefundable, including in the event that membership is cancelled by You or by MOB.

In the spirit of mutual respect between all members of MOB, You should not publish content that, without limitations, is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"; promotes information that You know is false or misleading or promotes activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; infringes on copyrighted work; street addresses in public profiles; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial purposes from other users.

MOB reserves the right to review and delete any content, and/or cancel your membership, if in the sole judgement of MOB it violates this Agreement.
